BACKGROUND:
This is the annual renewal of the Interlocal Agreement with Dallas County Health and Human Services for food establishment inspection services and other environmental health services. The agreement is valid from October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the contract renewal.
