CONSIDER AND ACT: on Approval of the FY10 Contract for Health Services with Dallas County Department of Health and Human Services

BACKGROUND:
Each year, the City contracts with Dallas County Health and Human Services to provide services related to the control of tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases, and communicable diseases as well as laboratory services. The City agrees to pay Dallas County the sum of $48.00 for the fiscal year beginning October 1,2009 and ending September 30, 2010, which is the agreed upon portion of total cost less federal and state funding.
