CONSIDER AND ACT: on Approval of Ordinance Adopting FY2010 Budget

BACKGROUND:
See previous agenda item regarding public hearing/final presentation of proposed FY2010 budget.
|
|
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the ordinance adopting the FY2010 budget. The total budget of $42,514,068 is 1.80% higher than last year's $41,762,392 adopted budget. The budget is comprised of three separate funds: General, Utility, and Sanitation.
