CONSIDER AND ACT: on Approval of Resolution Amending Master Fee Schedule for FY2010

BACKGROUND:
Included in the proposed FY2010 budget are a variety of changes to existing fees and establishment of new fees. The most significant change is the 15% increase in water rates. Other fee changes have been proposed by the Community Development Department and Fire Department. Below is a summary of the proposed fee changes:

RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the resolution amending the master fee schedule. The changes would take effect October 1, 2009.
