CONSIDER AND ACT: on McFarlin Median Upgrades

BACKGROUND:
Staff received a request from Mr. James W. Jones to explore enhancements to the medians on McFarlin west of Preston Road. Since no funding has been identified for such improvements within the Park Department Capital Improvements Program, Mr. Jones will attend the Council meeting to request funding be considered for the project.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff will take direction from City Council on how to proceed with this request.
